STEAM Lovers Unite Public Voting Award
Terms and Conditions
Organizer
1. STEAM Lovers Unite Installation is organized byThe Hong Kong Polytechnic University Industrial Centre (hereafter “IC”) and ClubMake (hereafter “CM”).
2. By participating in the voting, participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
Eligibility
1. All PolyU staff and students are eligible to participate in the voting.
2. Each PolyU staff and student can only cast one vote.
Public Voting Period
1. The Public Voting period will commence on Monday, 19^th February 2024, at 2:00 PM and end on Thursday, 22^ndFebruary 2024, at 12:00 noon.
Awards
1. Public Voting Awards (15 winners): HK$1,000 cash coupon
2. The three installations with highest votes casted by all participants will be the best installations. Fifteen (15) participants, each of whom cast their votes for one of the best three installations, will be randomly drawn to receive the award.
3. All IC staff members will not be included in the Public Voting Award prize drawing.
4. Winners must collect the prizes in person.
Result Announcement
1. The winning results will be announced on the CM website in March 2024. Winners will also be individually notified by email.
Others
1. In case of any disputes, IC reserves the right to make the final decision.
